3. 100% Free Returns (No Restocking or Shipping Fees)

To fully satisfy GMC's strict merchant rules regarding consumer clarity, we eliminate all financial barriers for returns:

  • Return Shipping Cost: $0.00 USD (FREE). We will issue you a prepaid return shipping label via email. You will not pay for return transit.
  • Restocking Fee: $0.00 USD (None). We never charge processing fees, structural handling fees, or restocking fees on any accepted returns.

4. Step-by-Step Return Process

To return an item, you must strictly follow our verified procedures to ensure structured processing:

  1. Initiate Request: Email our support infrastructure at info@aurn.shop. State your order number, the specific items you wish to return, and a brief explanation for the return.
  2. Receive Return Kit: Upon approval, our team will email you a Prepaid Return Shipping Label along with precise instructions on how to drop off your package at a local postal carrier point.
  3. Package and Ship: Safely pack the items in their original packaging, affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box, and hand it over to the specified carrier. Please do not send items back to the origin address without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns cannot be tracked and will not be eligible for a refund.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Goods

Please inspect your order thoroughly upon arrival. If you discover that an item is defective, structurally broken, damaged during transit, or if you received the incorrect item entirely, please notify us immediately at info@aurn.shop within 48 hours of delivery.
