We currently specialize in domestic delivery within the United States (including all 50 states). All transactions, shipping calculations, and product prices displayed on our storefront are processed strictly in United States Dollars (USD).

3. Transit, Handling, and Order Cut-off Time

  • Transit Time (Delivery): 7 to 13 Business Days (Monday to Friday). This represents the actual duration the carrier requires to deliver the parcel from our shipment hub to your designated United States address.
  • Total Estimated Delivery Window: Combined, you can reliably expect your parcel to arrive within 8 to 16 business days from the moment the order is validated.

4. Shipment Tracking & Order Status

Once your package is securely handled and handed over to our verified shipping carrier, an automated shipment confirmation email will be generated and dispatched to your registered email address. This notification will feature your unique Tracking Number along with a direct tracking link.

You may use this number to monitor the physical movement of your goods in real-time. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's network database.

5. Address Modifications & Cancellations

Accuracy is vital to successful fulfillment. If you discover an error in your delivery address, please contact us immediately within 12 hours of placing the order via info@aurn.shop. While we will do our absolute best to accommodate address updates, we cannot alter the shipping destination or cancel an order once the 1-3 day handling period has concluded and the parcel has departed our facility.

6. Parcels Damaged, Missing, or Lost in Transit

If your package arrives with apparent physical structural damage, or if the estimated transit window of 13 business days has entirely elapsed without delivery, please reach out to our dedicated support infrastructure without hesitation. We will initiate an immediate investigation with the postal carrier.
